Civil Papers

Service fee + mileage will be billed after service.  The Return of Service will not be sent out until payment has been received by our office.  Pre-payment of service & mileage is expected for service of no contact notices not issued through the court.

Dictation or directions must accompany all paperwork, giving the Sheriff direction on whom and where to serve the civil paper.  A billing address also needs to be included in the directions.
